Doha, Qatar: - Project Qatar has announced the 71 sponsors and partners of the country’s biggest and longest-running construction event and international trade fair, taking place from April 29 – May 1, 2019, under the patronage of Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani.
The event is the only exhibition in Qatar that brings together construction and all related industries in one venue, and the sponsors this year confirm that Project Qatar 2019 will be the most comprehensive and diverse to date. Over 500 international and local exhibitors are bringing some of the most recognized international and local brands from 34 different countries to the heart of Doha.
Organized by IFP Qatar in association with the National Tourism Council, this year’s exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) as the Strategic Partner.
The event will have strong support from its partners, including Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Qatar Development Bank as Project Qatar’s Business Community Partner and Business Development Partner, respectively. Manateq (Economic Zones Company Qatar) is the Economic Partner, while Qetaifan is the Exclusive Development Partner.
The event Platinum Sponsor for this year was announced as Al Sraiya Holding Group, while this year’s Diamond Sponsors are Doha Kowate Trading, Contracting & Services W.L.L. and Qatar Primary Materials Company (QPMC).
Gold Sponsors are Al Qataria for Production of Reinforcing Steel W.L.L.; Al Darwish Engineering W.L.L.; Nasser Bin Khaled Group (NBK); and Monneli.

Meanwhile, this year’s Landscape and Water Feature Sponsor was announced as Palmera Agricultural Business L.L.C., and Mr. Basaam Abu Saada, Business Development Manager, said: “Palmera was established six years ago with the vision to develop the landscape sector and place Qatar among the green countries in the world, and we’ve since expanded internationally.
