• Press conference on October 28 to unveil details of ‘DecoBuild 2019’

Dubai: The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) has announced that preparations are in full swing to organise the third edition of Housing, Building Materials, Decoration & Engineering Consultancy Exhibition ‘DecoBuild 2019’.

The exhibition, which is slated to take place from 6-9 November at Al Bayt Mitwahid Hall in Al Warqaa 4, will host a broad mix of government entities, private companies, exhibitors, manufacturers, contractors, home finishing agencies and other professionals from the construction sector, who will compete to showcase their latest innovations and products, discounts and industry solutions.

The 4-day event is scheduled to be held in view of the urban and construction boom being witnessed by the UAE. The establishment will hold a press conference on October 28, to announce the details of DecoBuild 2019’, competitive offers, its sponsors and other surprises that will be on display during the 4-day exhibition.

The previous editions of ‘DecoBuild’ made a major success in attracting a large galaxy of leading industry players, including manufacturers of building materials, decoration, interior design consultants, furniture companies and others operating in the property and construction sector, as well as banks and property finance companies.

Event-packed edition 

Speaking on the occasion, His Excellency Sami Gargash, CEO of the The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, said: “The establishment promises visitors a special innovative edition of ‘DecoBuild’, packed with events, promising opportunities and diverse services for citizens who wish to build their own houses.”

The event offers compressive solutions, cut-edge technologies and a wide selection of the latest building materials and products showcased by leading local and international brands to ensure the construction of ideal, contemporary and modern-style homes Gargash said.

He noted that Decobuild 2019 offers visitors the ability to meet the needs of their real estate projects, and to benefit from competitive offers and prices that help to reduce construction costs and that are in accordance with the highest approved standards of quality in the country.

The exhibition will also provide visitors the opportunity to meet with representatives of the private sector in the country, in order to learn about the latest innovations in all fields related to construction and real estate.

“DecoBuild is being organised by the establishment in line with its keenness to keep abreast with the UAE’s immense efforts in all areas of development that aim to ensure the happiness and wellbeing of both Emirati citizens and expatriate residents, and it also follows the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai,” the CEO emphasised.

DecoBuild 2019 is sponsored by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Department of Economic Development, Sharjah’s Directorate of Housing, Sharjah Municipality, and the UAE Society of Engineers. Sama Dubai TV is the media sponsor of the mega event.
