Doha: Mandarin Oriental, Doha  is delighted to announce that Ms Bianca Alexandra Bogdan, Guest Relations Supervisor, has been awarded the World's Best Receptionist in 2023 at the AICR, The International Association of Front Office Managers, which took place in Doha, Qatar on Tuesday, 28 February 2023.

The World’s Best Receptionist is a global contest allowing every receptionist around the world to show their skills in service excellence, front office expertise and passion for hospitality and compete on an international stage. This annual competition is held by the AICR and aims to recognise rising stars in hospitality and service excellence and takes place face-to-face with a live role-play at the heart of the challenge. Over 1,000 hoteliers from around the world participated and only 17 national champions were shortlisted for the "David Campbell Trophy" in the international finals.
