-New Shop-in-Shop with the entire product range marks the 11th Panasonic outlet in line with the company's new channel strategy

Kuwait - Buzzing with strong supply of prime retail space, Kuwait's retail market is underpinned by robust consumer spending. The growth witnessed across Kuwait's retail sector in recent years looks set to continue and analysts expect 2015 to be another strong year for Kuwait's retail sector.

To capitalize on the opportunities offered by this flourishing market, Panasonic has embarked on a new channel strategy focused on greater interactive customer experience.  In line with this and while strengthening its foothold, the company has opened its first shop-in-shop at Best Al-Yousifi located in Al Rai, Kuwait.

Announcing its opening today in partnership with Easa Hussain Al-Yousifi & Sons Co. (EHY), Panasonic will showcase its entire product range all under one roof.

The spacious new shop-in-shop is spread over 600 square metres and displays Audio Visual products, Home and Kitchen appliances, Air conditioners, Health andBeauty products, Eco Solution products, Office Automation systems, Electrical products, Home Security systems and Telecommunication equipment. There is also a dedicated area for product demonstrations and fun events to make the shopping experience more enjoyable for the entire family.

Commenting on the opening of the new shop-in-shop, Shinichi Wakita, Managing Director, Panasonic Marketing Middle East & Africa (PMMAF), said "This is our 11th location with Best Al-Yousifi outlets in Kuwait and it is our only shop-in-shop concept in the country. This marks a distinct change in our channel strategy in Kuwait with plans for more such shop-in-shop concepts to enhance customer shopping experience. Enteringinto the 60th year of partnership withEasa Husain Al-Yousifi& Sons Co. (EHY) in Kuwait,Panasonic has strengthened its market presence with the opening of its first shop-in-shop at Best Al-Yousifi.

Marking the opening, Panasonic has lined up exciting offers for all shoppers including incredible bundle offers on select products and two lucky raffle draws enabling the winners with an entire home makeover with all Panasonic products.

Coupled with live cooking demonstrations, beauty styling events, coffee tasting and other product demonstrations, Panasonic has taken every step to ensure that the event truly turns out to be a memorable one for the entire family. The activities include fun events such as face painting, memorial photo with mascots and a chance to have a photo framed with the customer's name in Japanese.

The promotion is valid from 22nd January 2015 to 2nd February 2015 and every KD20 spent on Panasonic products will get an entry into the raffle draw.
