European Business Center (EBC) ready for occupancy by March 2008

Dubai, February 19th, 2008 - To help cater to the growing demand in office and retail space in Dubai, Kleindienst Properties, a member of the Kleindienst Group, has announced that the European Business Centre (EBC), developed in close co-operation with Dubai Investments Park (DIP) and the Al Amiri Group, will be ready for occupancy by beginning of March 2008.

An open show day has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 27th at 09:30-17:00 onsite at the EBC premises to give potential tenants the opportunity to see the new commercial development.  The EBC offers a state-of-the-art working environment for up to 150 companies and is already attracting companies from various business sectors such as trading, engineering and alternative energies.

Comprising a total of 25,000 m2, the AED 150 million development features 18,000 m2 of office space stretched over three stories and 7,000 m2 of retail area on the ground floor.  Offices are competitively priced at AED 160 per sq ft plus fit-out costs of AED 50 (based on a three year contract) and available in flexible sizes starting with 600 sq ft.

Commenting on the property Josef Kleindienst, CEO, Kleindienst Group said: "Unlike other office spaces in Dubai, which are usually leased out in a shell & core condition, the state-of-the-art offices at EBC are leased out fully fitted out and feature the latest in IT and telecommunications infrastructure making it easy for tenants to move in and operate immediately."

Upon tenant's request, the EBC service team guides tenants through all their administrative work, starting from the first formalities to the final company registration and even provide a local sponsor as an additional and unique service.

The European Business Center is located within the high-tech zone of the Dubai Investments Park.  It is in the vicinity of Emirates Road, one of Dubai's main traffic arteries.  Its strategic location between the Jebel Ali Port and Free Zone and the new Al Maktoum International Airport (5 minutes) makes it easily reachable for travellers and for the transport of goods.  Additionally, Dubai International Airport is only a 25 minutes drive away.
