Dubai: Nakheel Home Rental, the residential leasing arm of master developer Nakheel, has opened a new customer service centre showcasing its full range of properties across Dubai – and is offering a month’s free rent on all new leases.
Located at Ibn Battuta Mall, the new office provides a convenient, one-stop-shop for new customers looking to rent a property with Nakheel, which has a portfolio of more than 16,000 apartments and over 500 villas for families – and budgets – of all sizes.
New leases come with 13 months’ rent for the price of 12, with flexible payments and multiple cheques also available.

Nakheel Home Rental’s new customer service centre, on the first floor of the Ibn Battuta Mall Metro link, is open from 8.30 am to 5 pm Sunday to Thursday, and 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Visitors can make an appointment by calling 800 NAKHEEL (6254335), or walk in at their convenience.
Tenants who have existing leases can renew at the touch of a button and have their rental cheques collected by courier the same day with the My Nakheel app, saving time and unnecessary journeys. Alternatively, they can visit dedicated customer service centres at Ibn Battuta Mall India Court (first floor) or Dragon Mart (first floor) above the main entrance.
