Dubai developer expands diverse OA Management portfolio to bring services to wider UAE market
Dubai - Master developer Nakheel today launched Nakheel Strata - a newly created Owners' Association Management business that further reinforces its key role in Dubai's growing real estate sector.
Nakheel Strata builds on the developer's existing Owners' Association (OA) Management division, which currently oversees OA activities at Nakheel buildings on behalf of a nearly 70,000 people who either own or live in 27,000 units in 11 communities across Dubai.
