Muscat: Taking its products and services closer to its customers, Muscat Finance - the Sultanate's first non-banking financial company (NBFC) - formally launched this week its signature Customer Service Kiosk at one of the capital region's most prestigious leisure destinations, Muscat City Center - Seeb.
The launch, coming just months after it rolled out its first Customer Service Centre at Muscat Grand Mall, affirms the company's commitment to growing its retail presence across Muscat.
Installed in a high-traffic area of the mall, the kiosk emblazoned in the brand colours of Muscat Finance, was inaugurated by the Chairman of the company, Mr. Faisal Mohammed Al Yousef, in the presence of the company's Board of Directors, the CEO and Senior management of the company, who were all delighted to be part of an event that is truly path-breaking in the non-banking financial services industry in Oman.
Significantly, a Customer Service Kiosk in Muscat City Centre effectively gives Muscat Finance a presence at the nerve centre of the capital region's most populous district, commented Mr. Bikram S. Rishi, Chief Executive Officer.
"Seeb is not only the largest wilayat in terms of size and population, but it is also home to a large number of citizens and residents who fit the customer profile that Muscat Finance has its sights on. By positioning ourselves in the centre of this promising market, we see great potential to dramatically ramp up our customer portfolio by leveraging our strengths as a service-driven company. Manned by a warm and courteous team of professionals, the Muscat City Center kiosk is open all seven days of the week (10 am to 10 pm on weekdays and up to 12 midnight on weekends) for the convenience of our valued dealers and customers," he stated.
A pioneer in its own right, Muscat Finance introduced non-banking financial services to the Sultanate for the first time when it was established in 1987. The company has since achieved a number of firsts, notably when it began offering factoring services to corporate customers in 1996.
