Dubai: The 4th edition of Housing, Building Materials, Decoration& Engineering Consultancy Exhibition “DecoBuild 2020” has come to end on Saturday with outstanding success as one of the most prominent Government housing events nationwide, after having attracted a massive turnout of visitors and more than 55 of local exhibitors.
Organized by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, MBRHE, the much-acclaimed event has brought together under one roof major engineering, consultancy, and contracting companies, as well as building materials, interior design, decoration, and furniture ones.
DecoBuild aims to offer a wide range of innovative and appropriate solutions and technologies that help facilitate citizens’ journey toward building, furnishing, and maintaining their house, as well as learning more about the latest housing designs and the best quality of building materials.
This year’s edition was bursting with attractive, yet competitive and affordable deals offers for citizens benefitting from the loans and grants provided by the official housing agencies.
Commenting on the exhibition success in meeting its sought-after objectives, His Excellency Sami Gargash, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, said: “The MBRHE is committed to organizing this event annually and attracting as much as possible the largest number of housing-concerned companies and institutions, in line with the keenness of the wise leadership to bring joy and happiness to its citizens, and most importantly, achieving their housing stability through the provision of various forms of housing support.”
Commending the efforts exerted by DecoBuild’s strategic partners, sponsors, media, and exhibitors, Gargash affirmed that the success achieved wouldn’t have been possible without such efforts which have remarkably contributed to reinforcing the event’s stature and reputation as a leading platform for helping citizens establish their own homes or their housing ventures in a very simple and seamless way.
On the sidelines of the event, the MBRHE has unveiled its customer-centric initiative, the ‘Housing Card’ initiative, which grants the cardholders a discount of 20% – 50 % in more than 50 companies on building materials, decoration, maintenance, and furniture.
Moreover, a set of innovative projects that address the needs of the modern and smart homes have been launched, including the ‘Smart City’ project, a smart system for monitoring home appliances via quality control sensors. Also, a smart application for following up on different stages of the housing project implementation has been released, consolidating DecoBuild’s role as an annual platform for showcasing the latest innovations in transforming traditional houses into modern and smart ones.
