Bidbid: Encouraging customers to adopt innovative and accessible technologies, Mazoon Electricity Company, the leading electricity provider in Oman, has advised customers to use its e-payments platforms to pay bills for the ease and convenience it offers. It has reminded its customers that e-payments can help fight COVID-19 and further the effectiveness of the social distancing measures announced by Oman’s Supreme Committee dealing with the pandemic situation.
Advising them to switch to a virtual payment method like online payments or payment links, Mazoon Electricity reminds customers that it will keep users safe and help them observe social responsibility.
Mazoon Electricity offers several smart, hassle-free and interactive options to pay bills. Customers can pay their bill online from anywhere by accessing their account through Mazoon Electricity’s e-channels. They can pay their electricity bills through mobile applications of companies such as ONEIC Bill & Pay, OIFC Khedmah or any self-service kiosks available at Mazoon Electricity, ONEIC or OIFC premises.
