As part of its ongoing commitment to cater the needs of the Lebanese citizen, LGB BANK sponsored a ceremony organized by the Cancer Support Fund of the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC) which took place at the Pine Residence in the presence of high profile community leaders and numerous fund supporters.
LGB BANK’s mission is to assist the Cancer Support Fund in achieving its objectives by offering financial, moral and psychological support to adult cancer patients and their families. The fund also aims to raise awareness on cancer prevention and support advanced research. Moreover, LGB BANK has previously shown ability and availability to finance a range of health, academic, engineering and environment related events.
Vice President and CEO of LGB BANK Samer Itani, made a statement saying that the Bank's support for these types of events, compliments the strategy of the Bank to finance institutions and associations working on community development in light of the circumstances that are affecting the current situation in the country at all levels.
