The move stems from the company’s commitment to providing an easier, more accessible, and more personal experience for customers purchasing its advanced and innovative products. Consumers will now be able to browse and shop all LG products including TVs, Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics including IT products and accessories, Bluetooth Devices, and Air Conditioners at the click of a button.

With the global pandemic boosting online shopping on a global scale, many of LG’s customers are turning to our online stores to order their favorite products from the safety and comfort of their homes. In addition to the ease of shopping from home, LG gives each customer a SAR 50 gift voucher as soon as they sign up in the online store. Furthermore, every LG product purchased through the online store comes with an additional year’s warranty, enabling customers to enjoy an unparalleled three-year warranty for their purchases. The online store has been designed in such a way as to ensure that customers can easily search for product availability across the several LG authorized distributors, as well as compare different models to choose the product that best meets their needs.

The LG online store also allows users to see customer reviews and watch instructional videos explaining how to use different products. Shoppers can also download user manuals to get a comprehensive overview and familiarize themselves with the products they are considering purchasing. Upon deciding on the product of their choice, consumers will be able to buy it directly from LG. The product will be transported by Naghi Group and installed as part of the LG after-sales services which also includes maintenance services.

The local language version of the online store allows Arab consumers to easily read product details and learn the ways to care for and use various products, in addition to providing easier communication with LG’s customer service. The LG online store is also available in English, enabling customers in the Kingdom to subscribe to updates and news about the brand and its extensive range of advanced products.
