'Contract is a testament to KUCM's high work standards' says URC Chairman

Kuwait City, 11 January, 2015: KUCM - Kuwait United Construction Management - announced the extension of the company's contract agreement with Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) for the Main Support Emergency and Operation Center Project at Ahmadi. As per the agreement, the contract now extends to mid-2016.

The extension agreement was marked with a dinner celebration held at Flavors Restaurant in Safir Hotel & Residence in Fintas. Attending the event was Chairman of United Real Estate Company, Mr. Tariq AbdulSalam, KUCM's CEO, Eng. Gamal Alnomiry and KNPC representatives.

KUCM is the Project Management Arm of KIPCO - Kuwait Projects Company (Holding) - and is a subsidiary of United Real Estate Company.

Commenting on this occasion, Mr. Tariq AbdulSalam said:

"We are delighted to be extending our contract with KNPC for the Main Support Emergency and Operation Center Project. The contract extension is a testament to the high standards that KUCM has maintained in existing projects, and is a strong indicator of the successful partnership that we have forged with KNPC."
