Konica Minolta Business Solutions Middle East is gearing up to present an innovation-led suite of next generation solutions at Gulf Print and Pack 2019. Under the theme of “Bringing Print to Life”, Konica Minolta will display its integrated offerings with the best-automated workflow solutions for the commercial and packaging industry.

The newly launched “MGI JETVARNISH 3DS” will take the spotlight at the event.  The latest solution has a unique technology that takes printing to the next level by adding more value to printed documents, featuring increased output for flat Spot UV jobs and elegant 3D raised effects in a single pass. The MGI’s JETVARNISH 3DS has the ability to convert a regular printed output into high-margin spot UV printed sheets, or even higher margin 3D embossed jobs in excess of 200 microns of varnish.

Konica Minolta will also exhibit its Accurio workflow solutions including, “AccurioLabel 190” and “AccurioPress C6085 and C6100”. The AccurioLabel 190 is a powerful digital label printer that offers unparalleled productivity, image quality, operability and economy. Accurio includes a line of digital press suites, state-of-the-art inkjet printers, software and cloud-based tools for integrating, managing and executing a seamless workflow.

“Konica Minolta continuously looks for new ways to help customers evolve and add value through creative solutions. Come see us at the event, we will be demonstrating our latest technology and future ideas that meet market needs. It is very important to have an open dialogue with customers at every level, and we believe that by taking part in the Gulf Print and Pack 2019 we will expand our communication channels even further and stimulate interesting conversations and debate, said Hideaki Suzuki, General Manager, Sales and Marketing at Konica Minolta.

In the software solutions, Konica Minolta will be showing its augmented reality (AR) business solutions for the first time in the region that can bring printed material to life. Recently launched AR solution, genARate, requires no coding or previous experience to use. The solution overlays digital content such as video, animations or 3D models onto printed materials.

“The tool provides a more compelling way to have potential customers interact with content and boost conversion rates. Interactive experiences can also be used to provide more detailed or in-depth information, said Pauline Brooks, Marketing Development Manager at Konica Minolta.”

In addition to AR, Konica Minolta plans to demonstrate other new printing software solution at the event including AccurioPro Label Impose, AccurioPro Conductor and the IQ-501 Intelligent Quality Optimizer. The IQ-501 Intelligent Quality Optimizer perfectly controls the color consistency and registration accuracy and delivers streamlined operator time, reduced print waste and industry-leading productivity.

Konica Minolta will also be promoting and taking registration for Prokom membership. Prokom is Konica Minolta’s user community that provides wide-ranging support including e-learning courses, self-help videos, forums, expert content, market research as well as webinars, newsletters and local events listing.
