AMMAN – An important cooperation agreement was signed between King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global). The purpose is to strengthen partnership between the two parties in the fields of training, marketing, capacity building and expertise sharing.

The agreement was signed by Ms. Nisreen Qatamish. Director General and CEO of the Foundation, and HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of TAG.Global.

According to the terms of the agreement, the two sides will jointly organize events and meetings, and the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Forum (TAG-KF), a member of TAG.Global, will host KHCF events and festivities.

What has already been planned is for  two campaigns to be jointly launched to expand the extent of beneficiaries of KHCF’s Cancer Care Program. Towards that goal TAG.Global will allocate a certain portion of TAGTech electronic devices sales for the benefit of King Hussein Cancer Center financially incapable patients.

Ms. Qatamesh  extended her gratitude to Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for his continuous support to the mission of King Hussein Cancer Foundation, expressing her deep pleasure in cooperating with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global’s chairman and staff. “This reflects their keenness to be part of the efforts for the fight against cancer disease and their belief in the importance of increasing awareness about cancer disease and its prevention,” Qatamish said at the signing ceremony.

Meanwhile, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh highly praised the noble and great efforts conducted by King Hussein Cancer Foundation in fighting and treating cancer disease under the leadership of Her Royal Highness Princess Ghaida Talal, noting that such efforts and accomplishments have placed the Foundation at the forefront of institutions at the regional level.
