Kuwait - Kuwait Finance and Investment Company (KFIC) has announced the opening of its second branch that is specialized in buying and selling new and used vehicles in the car showroom street, AL-Rai zone.
In this occasion, Ahmad Maher, the Head of Financing Services at Kuwait Finance & Investment Company stated: "Weare pleased with the inauguration of our second branch.
This step comes within KFIC'S framework to expand and spread,in an effort to provide our services in all governorates of Kuwait. And we look forward to opening more branchesin the near future. As we are keen to provide the best and latest products and services, in order to meet the expectations of our valuable customers."
Maher added: "KFIC has an extensive experience in the financing sector,for more than 15 years. And the opening of the new branch comes to consolidate KFIC'S inimitable vision and the efficiency of its specialized team."
"The new branch location is characterized with vitality and vividness. Also, it is strategically situated among the car showrooms in Al-Rai, and that is looked upon as an added value. Where the new branch was lauded by customers and suppliers in the areas of Shuwaikh and Al-Rai".
Maher elaborated that KFIC intent to be present in Al-Rai area after its first Auto Zone branch in Qurain Markets, is a decision that came out of the significance that the new location possess. The geographical distribution of KFIC branches was planned with an aim to provide our services to customers in the adjacent residential areas.
Maher explained that customers can now display their cars for sale through the company's website www.kfic-kw.com, with no fees included. Also, KFIC welcomes clients' inquiries on 1889000. Further more, customers can submit their financing applications and pay their monthly installments easily through the company's main office in Sharqarea,or through the representatives in KFIC showrooms. Also, these services are available through the website as well.
Maher then concluded KFIC is in the process of launching qualitative products and services. Most notably is thecar rental service, in order to bein line withmarket requirements.In addition KFIC will introduce financing consumer goodsand providing cashloans.
It is noteworthy that KFIC provide financing services to customers through the company's main branch, KFIC car showrooms and branches, and through the company's representatives who are present at the showrooms of KFIC accredited suppliers. With an intent to grant customer thefreedom of choice. And asa confirmation of the KFIC'S goals in attaining customer satisfaction.
