Gulf Air, the Kingdom of Bahrain's national carrier, recently entered into a strategic business alliance with Faysal Bank Limited, one of the leading banks in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in a move to further facilitate air travel for the bank's credit and debit card holders.
Faysal Bank Limited customers, when using the bank's credit and debit cards to book or purchase Gulf Air flight on the airline's official website (gulfair.com) and at Gulf Air sales offices, will now enjoy generous fare reductions on both the airline's premium Falcon Gold and Economy Class cabins.
Commenting on the agreement, Mr. Muhammad Saleem Motiwala, Gulf Air Country Manager Pakistan said: "We are committed to serving the Pakistan market, as we have done since our first entry in 1960, in a variety of ways. Catering to passenger demand from across the country, last month Gulf Air added two new destinations in Pakistan to its network with direct four weekly direct services to Multan from 14th December and three weekly direct services to Faisalabad from 22nd December. Taking the airline's total Pakistan destinations up to 07, Multan and Faisalabad have now supplemented Gulf Air's service to five cities in Pakistan: Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, Peshawar and Sialkot.
