A delegation from the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), headed by H.E. Abdullah Al Muwaji, the Chairman of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), visited the headquarters of Tafaseel BPO Group in Ajman to enhance direct communication and develop relations with the leading Emirati companies in Ajman, in a way that supports the continuity of the business environment and achieves sustainable growth of private sector establishments in Ajman.

The visit was attended by members of the Board of Directors, H.E.Salem Al Suwaidi, Director General of ACCI .and the executive directors of the Ajman Chamber. The delegation was received by H.E. Mariam Khalifa Al Nuaimi, Chairman and Founder of Tafaseel BPO Group, and Ahmed Khabeer, CEO of the Group.

H.E. Abdullah Al-Muwaiji praised the provision of "Tafaseel" as one of the best leading contact centers specializing in information technology services and communication solutions in the UAE, and its role in the development of the economic sector due to the automated services it provides that support the growth of the business of both government and private sectors by providing a sustainable communication platform for Tafaseel' clients of all entities.

He stressed that the success of Tafaseel BPO Group launching at the hands of an Emirati who is considered the first Arab businesswoman in the Middle East in the field of call centers and business outsourcing illustrates the great capabilities of the UAE's young men and women in entering the midst of work in the private sector and achieving success and leadership in various fields, praising the extent of the momentum and diversity of the projects of male and female business owners in Ajman, which reflects the experiences and capabilities of this group, and opens the way for increasing jobs for Emirati graduates, tributing the diversity of the elements and advantages provided by the Ajman government to business owners and investors in Ajman in general.

Al-Muwaiji indicated that the UAE possesses distinguished Emirati cadres that have significant impacts on the development of private sector business and the growth of the GDP, which is embodied in the remarkable growth of the projects of male and female business owners, praising the direct support provided by the concerned government agencies to develop the participation of national cadres in the growth of the private sector in the UAE.

He added that the"Nafis" program has a vital role in developing the economic sector in the country and encouraging Emirati graduates and job seekers to integrate into the private sector, which will provide an opportunity for national cadres to acquire practical and scientific experiences, raise their efficiency and identify the investment opportunities available in all areas of the private sector, and thus increase the number of Emirati business owners.

For her part, Al Nuaimi thanked the Ajman Chamber for the efforts exerted in supporting Emirati business owners and creating the elements for success, sustainability, and business growth. She gave the audience an overview of the services of Tafaseel BPO Group. This local Emirati company started its activities more than 10 years ago in Ajman, specializing in business outsourcing services, call centers, and customer service, for the group to expand. Its benefits cover all the UAE's emirates as the second largest call center company in the country, noting that the group won the award for the best call center company in the Middle East in 2021.

She explained that "Tafaseel" is the largest contact center company in terms of capacity, with a total capacity of 32,192 sq ft, in addition to external operational sites for clients, and it employs 860 employees from 30 nationalities who speak 12 languages distributed over the emirates of the country. Tafaseel also served more than 50 clients from both the Public and private sectors, and indicated that it aims to offer its shares for public subscription on the Dubai Stock Exchange in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025, and thus be the first Emirati company in the field of call centers and business outsourcing to be listed on the stock market.

Al Nuaimi pointed out that "Tafaseel" is keen to benefit from the energies and expertise of the national cadres within the functional group work teams, bringing the number of national employees to 55 male and female employees.

During the visit, the ACCI's delegation made an inspection tour to see the "Tafaseel" departments and sections. The most prominent activities and achievements of the company since its establishment were reviewed, in addition to the company's vision and directions and the future expansion plan outside the UAE.
