Manama: Golden Trust Training & Consultancy (GT) concluded its participation with Bahrain’s delegation to attend the International Federation of Training and Development Organisation’s (IFTDO) conference titled, HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT IN THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ERA, under the theme of: Empowering Future Leaders, held during the 24th – 26th June 2019 in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This year’s conference comes after a total of 47 world conferences held by IFTDO in different parts of the world starting in Geneva in 1972.

On the occasion of GT participation, Founder & President of GT, Dr Lulwa Al Mutlaq expressed, “We aim to deliver a message through our participation that Bahrain has been and continues its support to the global human capital development initiatives and the exchange of industry insights, while at the same time showcasing our experience to transfer knowledge to global stakeholders during such events.”

Managing Director of GT, Mr Ahmed Al Sakran commented, “GT actively seeks continued participation in IFTDO’s conferences, in line with its mandate since inception, to raise its standards and commitment to grow and attract the international learning & development network of productive skilled human capital development professionals and to spread Bahrain’s achievements in such arena.”

Mr. Al Sakran added, “IFTDO’s 48th conference exceeded our expectations and its knowledge sharing opportunities in empowering the training industry practitioners with the latest human capital development trends and updates.”

The conference ended with the successful participation of more than 300 participants and 24 exhibitors accessing over 40 interactive sessions over the course of the three day event.
