Dubai - FXPRIMUS, one of the leading Forex and CFD trading firms today announced the launch of their “Trade for a Cause” campaign in partnership with the Dubai-based social enterprise Companies for Good. The campaign will provide 1,000 meals for disadvantaged individuals and families across the UAE throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan distributed by the local charity SmartLife Foundation.
As FXPRIMUS values close collaboration and engagement with its traders the firm decided to involve its loyal client base in the initiative. For every five lots traded a meal will be donated to an individual or a family in need. Each person who trades with FXPRIMUS during the Holy month of Ramadan contributes towards reaching the goal of donating 1,000 meals.
Mohammad Aladham, Head of Marketing - MENA at FXPRIMUS commented on the campaign for good: “Ramadan is a time for giving back to our community and an important opportunity to make a difference. It was essential for us to team up with a local organisation that shared the same vision and values as we strongly have ingrained in our company culture at FXPRIMUS. We chose to collaborate with Companies for Good for the Trade for a Cause campaign because, just like FXPRIMUS, they care about doing good for the planet, for communities and for people.”
FXPRIMUS employees will be amongst those distributing the meals and will be personally involved with the communities who will benefit from the initiative.
“What FXPRIMUS is doing to support the community is truly admirable. The Holy month of Ramadan is a period of spiritual reflection, a time to put one’s values into action. At Companies for Good we’re proud to collaborate with caring businesses like FXPRIMUS to make a positive social impact” commented Marc Cirera, Founder of Companies for Good.
