Riyadh : Evernex Saudi Arabia (SA), a subsidiary of the global, independent IT Life Services company Evernex, announced that it is establishing a new office in Riyadh, reinforcing the company’s investment and commitment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). With the launch, Evernex is establishing its first fully owned subsidiary in the Kingdom. The office will complement the company’s existing partner-driven operations in Jeddah and Khobar, which play key roles in the company’s supply chain business in the Kingdom.

The Evernex SA business is committed to investing in the growth and diversification of the nation and its people by aligning with the strategic framework of the Saudi Vision 2030 which encourages diversification and business competitiveness. Evernex SA will have an impact across the Kingdom’s economy by delivering on programmes that will impact local employment, women in the workforce, upskilling/training, government effectiveness and e-government initiatives.

Evernex experienced double-digit growth over the past three years in the Kingdom and has an aggressive ongoing growth strategy for the region.  Evernex SA already has relationships with over 2,000 clients in KSA, working across all sectors including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). In addition to the launch of the new office, Evernex SA plans to double its employee headcount in the region by 2022.

The company’s in-house Competence Center hosts teams of skilled engineers specialized in the sourcing of spare parts, logistics and 24/7 support. The company has the largest IT spare parts warehouse in EMEA (7,000sqm) with over 235,000 spare parts delivered every year that will form a key part of their KSA supply chain.

In opening the Riyadh office, Evernex will help companies in the region evolve and grow, while contributing to more environmentally sustainable practices. Evernex works with its customers to extend the life of their respective server storage and networking hardware so Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can become an integral part of their IT maintenance policy. As a recycling leader with tangible environmental credentials (WEEE compliance certificate), Evernex works with its clients to help them find eco-friendly solutions to manage their data centers with the lowest environmental impact. This includes enhancing their recycling operations in the reuse, disposal, and reprocessing of products and materials.
