Cairo: Etisalat Misr announces its cooperation with Misr Italia Properties to provide a portfolio of advanced telecommunication and internet services and smart solutions. The agreement aims transform the project into an integrated digital administrative complex through develop ICT infrastructure to maintain frequent and fluid communication within Cairo Business Park project, the first integrated administrative complex, in New Cairo.
The cooperation comes in line with Etisalat Misr’s keenness to provide a distinctive communication experience at high speeds and unprecedented quality through the data center and relying on cloud computing tools. These services will provide all units with traditional and advanced internet and fixed line services “Voice & Digital”. The internet services include local and international VPN / IVPN services that ensures data protection.
In this occasion, Eng. Hazem Metwally – CEO of Etisalat Misr commented: “Today we celebrate the conclusion of an agreement with Misr Italia the leading real estate developer. The agreement reflects Etisalat Misr’s strategy – as a fully integrated telecom operator – which comes in line with Egypt's 2030 vision and digital transformation strategy across the economy and particularly in the real estate sector.”
“Relying on our latest technologies and infrastructure that is considered the best in the Egyptian market, we have always been keen to meet our customers’ needs and exceed their expectations, through transferring Etisalat Group’s successful and intellectual international experiences to the Egyptian market.” Added Metwally.

Mohamed Hani Al-Assal – CEO and Managing Director of Misr Italia Properties mentioned: “We are proud of our co-operation with Etisalat Misr to be the main provider for all the technology services inside Cairo Business Park project. Through this partnership, with investments amounting to 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds, we strive developing an integrated digital administrative complex, which encompasses 42 administrative buildings on an area of 18 acres.”

It is worth mentioning that Cairo Business Park project, in New Cairo, includes the Hilton Garden Inn business hotel, which contains 130 rooms that include meeting rooms. The project also encompasses the Central Park area, which overlooks a large lake. Moreover, the project incorporates various systems of central protection and control systems, in addition to automatic entry gate systems and one of the largest independent underground car parks in administrative projects.
It is also worth mentioning that Etisalat Misr provides various digital services and technical support within the new cities and urban communities represented in establishing management and control centers as well as converting the services of those cities into automated and smart ones. This is in addition to providing innovative solutions and ideas to government agencies and the public and private business sector.
