Dubai: The Pointe at Palm Jumeirah -- Dubai’s newest dining, entertainment and leisure destination -- is hosting an energetic line-up of daily wellness and fitness activities to encourage holistic living, including yoga, sound-healing, guided meditation, Kangoo workouts, Qigong, Zumba, Gong and more until 30 March.
Set against a stunning backdrop overlooking the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf, the event plaza at The Pointe is transforming into a relaxation zone with Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Yoga, Total Yoga, Moonlight Yin Yoga, Pranayama (breath exercises), energy healing and power visualisation (watch video here). Sessions start from AED50 per person, and can be booked by downloading and registering via SwitchDXB app.
Participants will be guided by yoga and fitness gurus from Dubai’s leading studios, including OWL (@owl_with_light), Move on Yoga (@move_on_yoga), Zarine Dadachanji (@zarinedadachanji), Ashera (@energy_art_movement), Awakening Prema (@awakening prema), Nona Hekmat(@nonahekmat), Jatta Tjurin (@jattayoga), Meetu Singh (@healwithmeetu), Total Yoga(@totayoga), Marianne (@marianne.coreconnect), Elena Buriani (@longzhao_uae), Marko (@sonic.temple), Elena (@kangoo_emirates_club), Jed Latabe (@masterjedai) and Barry's Bootcamp (@barrysbootcampdubai).
