Dubai - Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), the world's largest district cooling services provider, has appointed Virtue PR & Marketing Communications, to spearhead the company's PR programme.
Empower believes that the media has played a key role in helping expand the footprint of district cooling.
