Emad Doss: Company’s investments estimate EGP 11 bn. delivery of completed units of (Rock Eden – Vera – Ville) projects this year.
El-Batal Group for Housing and Development announced achieving the highest average of accomplishment and execution of its projects by the time it starts the delivery of the completed building units in (Rock Ville - Rock Vera) compound projects, alongside with the delivery of the first phase of “Rock Eden” project this year.
“Rock Compounds” projects obtained investments revenues reached to 25% in a record timing and even before delivery of residential units.
This happened because of the distinguished locations determined for the construction projects and being close to all the essential and vital services in 6th of October, Obour and New Cairo cities, in an addition to executing innovative building designs that are inspired by the Asian, Italian styles.
El Batal-Group CEO Emad Doss said that “Since the kick off of our Real Estate Company in both the Egyptian and Canadian markets, the company is keen on executing outstanding projects inspired by Asian and Italian building styles, and also representing an addition to the Egyptian the real estate sector.” Doss added “We are also keen to deliver units by the time scheduled with our clients; such this commitment established a unique relationship between the group and its clients inside and outside Egypt.” Doss noted that the company didn’t halt the construction of current projects and even in the last year because of Corona virus pandemic, saying that the company exploited this crucial time to intensify the work in its projects under following full restriction and social distancing measures regarding safety of its employees.
He revealed that the company is to deliver 1000 residential units among its projects this year, as it is due to deliver all units of “Rock ville” in Obour City , “Rock Vera” in 5th settlement and the first phase of “Rock Eden” in 6th of October City.
Doss estimated the company current investment in the Egyptian market with EGP 11bn and the company’s capital with EGP 1.5bn.
He pointed out that “Rock Eden” compound span over 34 Acers in the center of 6th of October City. It comprises 859 units and 87 villas; varied between residential apartments in the ground floor with garden, penthouse and townhouse with areas ranged from 160-320 meter square.
Doss said that “Rock Eden” is to be implemented over four phases, as its expected net revenues estimated with EGP 2bn.
He further added that the second project “Rock Vera” compound is built on 11 Acers in the 5th Settlement and includes 272 properties, with areas varied from 153-238 meter square. The compound is constructed over three phases at a cost of EGP 710 million and expected profit of EGP 1.4bn.
Meanwhile he noted that “Rock Ville” compound is spread out over 12 Acers in Obour City and comprises 101 units varied between townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas with areas ranged from 228 -533 meter square. The project is implemented over three phases with investment cost of EGP 290 million and estimated revenues of EGP 580 million.
The company said that its target to make net profit of EGP 800 million in 2021 through contract sales.
