Sharjah, United Arab Emirates – Eagle Hills Sharjah, a joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Eagle Hills, marked the opening of its new sales center on Maryam Island. The opening was attended by H.E. Marwan Al Sarkal, Executive Chairman of Shurooq, and Low Ping, CEO of Eagle Hills.
The new sales center located in Cyan Beach Residences with prime waterfront views, is twice as large as the previous one in order to cater to the strong interest across Maryam Island’s residential offerings. The sales center features a fully immersive virtual reality destination experience complete with virtual walk throughs of the units. It also features a lavishly designed café with outdoor seating overlooking the picturesque Al Khan Lagoon and the iconic Sharjah skyline.
Maryam Island is a AED 4.5 billion mega-development in Sharjah. The luxurious waterfront development offers residents an unparalleled lifestyle promise in the heart of Sharjah. The new Eagle Hills Sharjah Sales Center is open seven days a week: Saturday - Thursday from 10AM to 7:30PM and on Friday from 4:30 – 9:00PM.
