Amman, Jordan – Eagle Hills Jordan, the private real estate development and investment company behind four major mixed-use projects in Jordan, recently joined the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Jordan to celebrate the UAE’s 46th National Day in an event held on 3rd December 2017.

During the event, Eagle Hills Jordan showcased its four key projects in Jordan, namely The St. Regis Amman and The Residences at The St. Regis Amman, W Amman and The Skyline Residences serviced by W Amman, Saraya Aqaba and Al Raha Village within Marsa Zayed.

In Amman, Eagle Hills Jordan is developing The St. Regis Amman and The Residences at The St. Regis Amman, which features the country’s first-ever branded residential experience. Elsewhere in the city, W Amman and The Skyline Residences serviced by W Amman boasts the highest residential living experience in the capital. Both projects in Amman also feature premier retail destinations, which will allow residents and guests to truly embrace the integrated lifestyle experiences on offer.

Last month, Eagle Hills Jordan commenced the handover of apartments at The Skyline Residences serviced by W Amman, ushering in a major milestone for the company and its stakeholders.

In Aqaba, Eagle Hills Jordan is developing Saraya Aqaba, a luxury mixed-use destination built around a manmade lagoon that has added 1.5 kilometres of beachfront to the Aqaba coast. The project will feature a variety of facilities and amenities, including four five-star hotels, the first conference centre and water park in Aqaba, a diversified mix of residential units, and a number of other leisure, buisness and entertainment facilities.

Also in Aqaba, the company is developing Al Raha Village, a peaceful, family-friendly residential neighbourhood comprising an array of exclusive community facilities and amenities, including a 13,000-square-metre park, playgrounds and other children’s play areas, in addition to a clubhouse with a fully-equipped gym, a contemporary outdoor terrace and a swimming pool.
