Two more Dubai destinations will follow in the next six months
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Dubai’s newest female only fitness facility, FitnGlam, is set to transform the fitness landscape in the UAE now it has officially opened its doors in Dubai’s Al Quoz, inviting all women in the UAE to experience a whole new world of holistic fitness. With an aim to become the leading health and wellbeing destination for women, the UAE’s most ‘grammable gym is already planning to expand to Dubai Hills and Sports Society in the next six months.
FitnGlam is a homegrown concept that has been created entirely by women for women. From FitnGlam’s founder to the superstar trainers who have been scouted from around the globe, to the regional artists who have brought to life the unique gym environment, the collaborative female spirit of FitnGlam is its beating heart, and what fuels the team to build a community of empowered women.

The warehouse style 22,000 sqft super club is set over two floors and encompasses all areas of health and wellness for a truly motivational gym experience. Its four specially designed fitness studios will host invigorating HIIT and spin classes, strengthening barre classes, and relaxing yoga sessions, and its world-class trainers will run the diverse timetable of boutique group fitness classes, as well as bespoke programs. FitnGlam houses the UAE’s first Gluteator machine and the Body-Gee Boxx analysis machine which provides detailed body analysis reports and fitness progress tracking to help members with motivation and consistency. The gym also features a fully equipped CrossFit area with a full-size rig, a boxing ring for freestyle boxing and group classes, and a fully equipped gym floor with a wide selection of free weights.
With every detail carefully chosen to enhance member experience, FitnGlam also features a health food café, Active x Nolu’s, a recovery room with water massage relaxation beds, sauna and steam rooms, electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) training, and a consultation room, so members can access coaching, nutrition and health advice from its dedicated coaches. FitnGlam’s coaches also offer support with pre- and post-natal training, fat loss programs, powerlifting, bodybuilding and strength and conditioning, and are on hand to help every member reach their personal goals.
