The luxurious tower is set for completion and handover in 2019
Dubai, UAE - Dubai Properties (DP), a leading Dubai-based real estate master developer and manager, today announced the start of the construction of its flagship project, 1/JBR. The iconic tower development was officially announced during Cityscape Global 2015.
The construction started with site mobilizing and enabling works by the end of January 2016. Final design has been completed and it is in the final stage of approval with the authorities.

The registration of clients and customers with the intent of purchasing, was launched in September 2015, and the tower is set for completion and handover in early 2019. Encompassing 2- to 4-bedroom apartments and 5-bedroom penthouses with exquisitely crafted interiors, 1/JBR is a 46 floors tower, with 153 units.
Sections of the tower will be released for sale in different markets. Registration is now open exclusively through Dubai Properties sales partner, Gulf Sotheby's International Realty.
