DLA Piper has appointed corporate lawyer Tim Sunar as a new partner in the Middle East.
Tim joins the firm from Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. His practice focuses on cross-border M&A, corporate finance, international joint ventures, reorganisations and a range of commercial transactions.
While Tim will be based in the Bahrain office, he will work closely with the Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar offices in Saudi Arabia, which operate in collaboration with Amer Al Amr Law Firm. Tim has a strong track record advising local and international clients on their investments in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia with experience across a broad range of sectors including oil and gas, industrials, real estate, manufacturing and construction.
