All of 72 storeys and at an impressive height of 368 metres (1,207.35 ft), The Address Boulevard Dubai, the most anticipated new hotel under The Address Hotels + Resorts, is set to welcome its first guests later this year.
Emaar Hospitality Group, a dynamic home-grown company with three distinctive lifestyle hotels and residences, is expanding the portfolio of The Address Hotels + Resorts, its flagship a premium luxury hotel and residences brand hotel brand, with the new property.
The Address Boulevard Dubai stands apart for its distinctive location in the heart of Downtown Dubai, described as 'The Centre of Now.'
The exclusive urban resort will also wear the pride of being the second tallest building in the 500-acre neighbourhood, next only to Burj Khalifa, the global icon. It will also be the 33rd tallest building in the world.
A curvilinear tower, another fantastic celebration of the architectural elegance that defines every Address property, will be another proud declaration of Emaar Hospitality Group's distinctive competency in managing mixed-use developments.
The tower will be home to The Address Boulevard Dubai hotel and The Address Residences Boulevard Dubai, a premium collection of branded serviced residences.

The central location of The Address Boulevard Dubai, just 20 minutes from the Dubai International Airport, serves as a magnet for both business and leisure visitors. They will have direct access to The Dubai Mall and the F&B choices on Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard in addition to Dubai Opera, the multi-format performing arts venue to open shortly in Downtown Dubai.
