Dubai: The 3rd Housing, Building Materials, Decoration & Engineering Consultancy Exhibition "DecoBuild 2019", the UAE’s largest of its kind exhibition, has kicked off today (Wednesday) with the participation of 58 leading companies, manufacturers, contractors, and construction experts from public and private sectors.
Organised by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) at Elbait Metwahid Hall,Al Warqa'a 4, Dubai, the four-day event will showcase the latest regional and international developments in the construction, architecture and design sectors.
It will offer attractive and competitive deals, including discounts and unique designs within the limits of grants or loans obtained by Emiratis benefiting from the housing support in the country.
The 4,000 square meters exhibition, which will conclude on November 9, was inaugurated today by HE Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of Dubai Land Department, Vice Chairman of MBRHE who was accompanied by HE Sami Gargash, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment;
Following the inauguration, Bin Mejren and Gargash toured the exhibition and reviewed its pavilions and platforms, where they met with a number of representatives of the participating institutions, and heard their explanations on the latest materials, solutions, and systems that are showcased in this edition of Decobuil.
Gargash stressed that DecoBuild 2019 is a perfect opportunity to highlight MBRHE leading role played to ensure the housing stability of Emiratis.
"This year’s edition, which brings together the Who’s Who of construction materials and interior design, engineering consultancy, contracting and project management, will see many entities and banks offering incentives on their products. Any visitor planning to build a housing unit will absolutely get exciting deals and discounts above and beyond their expectations” he added .
Largest number of exhibitors
The CEO of MBRHE stressed that DecoBuild 2019 has successfully attracted the largest number ever of exhibitors since its inception, an increase of 12% compared to the previous edition.
Major engineering and consultancy companies and contractors are taking part in the event, in addition to experts in the field of building materials, decoration and interior finishes as well as furniture and furnishings. Such a broad participation reflects the event’s well organization and the quality of services and benefits it provides, he further said.
“Every new edition of Decobuild has something new for both visitors and exhibitors. This year, the event will feature a number of activities and workshops to be run and presented by senior consultants, as well as dialogue seminars discussing the needs and requirements of real estate project owners, contractors, consultants, and citizens. Residential counselling and awareness-raising training courses will also be held on the sidelines of the event, in collaboration with our strategic partners” Gargash highlighted.
Gargash expressed his thanks and appreciation to all partners and supporters of Decobuild 2019, including Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Economy, Sharjah Municipality, Sharjah Directorate of Housing, and UAE Society of Engineers, Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Sama Dubai TV.
Timings
Decobuild offers visitors the ability to meet the needs of their real estate projects, and to benefit from competitive offers and prices that help to reduce construction costs and that are in accordance with the highest approved standards of quality in the country. The exhibition will also provide visitors the opportunity to meet with representatives of the private sector in the country, in order to learn about the latest innovations in all fields related to construction and real estate.
The exhibition is open to the public on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, while on Friday from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
