Kingdom of Bahrain: Reynaers Middle East, the leading provider of aluminium solutions headquartered in Bahrain recently held a meeting for its management team at Novotel Hotel. The managers convened to discuss the company’s strategic plans going forward, taking numerous variables into account to chart the road map for the next three years of operation.

A full-day workshop was organised including a series of intensive talks. The workshop highlighted the company’s achievements as well as the few areas of underperformance with a constructive focus on improvement. Developments were discussed as well as goals and expectations, resulting in the outline of a solid strategy to tackle future challenges. The evening ended with a team-building dinner at Naseef Restaurant where the managers exchanged more ideas and shared some laughs in a relaxed atmosphere.
