Abu Dhabi:Reportage Properties, the leading UAE real estate developer, announced the launch of their new project "Bianca" in Dubai, which is the company's fifth project in Dubai and the twenty-fifth on their portfolio.

The project received buyers’ fast direct response immediately after being launched, as 368 townhouses were sold at a value of Dhs438 million, within a week.

Bianca includes 653 townhouses, 507 of which are two-bedroom, 56 are three-bedroom, and 90 are four-bedroom townhouses.

Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO, said that "Reportage Properties" continue to launch their new projects that meet the requirements of various segments of buyers, especially with the company's success in achieving strong sales in all of the recently launched projects.

He stressed that the high demand for the "Bianca" immediately after launch reflects the success of "Reportage Properties" work model in offering distinguished projects that suit the aspirations of various clients.

He pointed out that the "Bianca" extends over an area of 112,000 square meters, and includes many facilities and services such as swimming pools, a gym, private parking for each unit, various green spaces, schools, mosques, shops, shaded seating areas, barbecue areas, and tennis course, to mention the few.

The units also have unique specifications, including private balconies depending on the unit scheme, bedrooms with built-in wardrobes , a laundry room and a maid’s room in some townhouses. The four-bedroom townhouse have an internal elevator each, private parking and entrance, kitchen cabinets, and other sought after specs.

Suleiman expected high demand for the units of "Bianca" project, due to its distinguished location and its proximity to many facilities and distinct areas in Dubai, such as the "Mall of the Emirates" and the "Global Village".

Suleiman stressed the keenness of "Reportage Properties" to make more attractive offers to investors, and to provide easy payment plans for buyers in all projects, which is reflected in the continuous increase in the company's sales.

Reportage Properties sales topped Dhs2.3bn in 2022, compared Dhs1.6bn in 2021, with a growth of 45%.

Last year The company launched the "Verdana" project, located within the Dubai Investments Park, consisting of 305 townhouse units. They also launched the "Plaza" in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, which consists of 348 housing units, and the "Perla 1" project on Yas Island, which includes 190 housing units, in addition to "Perla 2", a that adds 115 new housing units.

During 2022, the company launched their second project outside the UAE, which is the “Silvana” in the Basaksehir district of Istanbul, Turkey, providing 232 townhouses. That was in addition to the “Montenapoleone” project in “Mostakbal City” in New Cairo, Egypt which was launched in 2021. The first phase of the project provides 1309 apartments and townhouses.

Suleiman confirmed that the company continues the construction works of all their projects according to the specified schedule, in preparation for their completion and handing over within the specified dates, which enhances the confidence of investors in the "Reportage Properties" projects and the UAE real estate market in general.

The "Reportage Properties" portfolio includes 25 projects in the UAE, Egypt, Turkey and Morocco.
