Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain: Riyadat Mall has taken initiatives towards a new strategy and brand identity aimed at revitalizing the property. The announcement comes as part of the National Day celebrations scheduled to take place from 15th to 18th December at the mall, located in A’ali.

Established by the Supreme Council for Women (SCW) and Bahrain Development Bank (BDB), Riyadat Mall will infuse its founding mission to empower female entrepreneurs with an enhanced strategy that welcomes commercial tenants creating a synergistic environment between businesses and women-led startups. It includes the introduction of a range of initiatives aimed at securing a strong tenancy mix, introducing feasible SME concepts, and offering business incubators and coworking spaces that support Bahraini female entrepreneurs. This repositions the mall to better serve its surrounding community and improve its financial sustainability.

The revamped identity follows the appointment of Amana Property Management (Amana) last year whose goal is to spearhead the mall towards an enhanced strategic and social impact. Amana General Manager, Waleed Adel Ali said: “This is a comprehensive strategy that unlocks the full potential of the mall. It will increase its footfall while creating synergy between unique businesses and shopping centers by transforming it into an entrepreneurs’ creative hub, where like-minded people come together to create, innovate, and share ideas. We are happy to support the SCW and BDB and ensure that Riyadat Mall is ready to serve new generations of entrepreneurs, in line with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.”

Riyadat Mall is set to provide commercial offerings that will serve its catchment area in a neighborhood in need of activities. This balanced and enhanced approach will support the growth of the tenants and the mall.
