Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Nahdi Medical Company today announced the opening of its fourth Nahdi Care clinic, in Obhur, Jeddah. The state-of-the-art clinic is an extension of Nahdi’s Omnihealth plans to integrate physical and digital channels for an enhanced guest experience, offering guests personalized healthcare services, pharmacy services, and on-the-spot virtual consultation services.
Speaking at the launch, Eng. Yasser Joharji, Chief Executive Officer at Nahdi Medical Company, said: “The Obhur Clinic is a testament to our unwavering commitment to continually challenge the norms and deliver medical excellence to the Saudi community. Highlighting the services at the newest clinic, Eng. Yasser continued, “The Obhur clinic provides further convenience by marrying our omnichannel platform and leading healthcare expertise. It will house a dedicated floor for virtual consultations and is set to serve 500,000 Guests within the region. During the first nine months of 2022 when we first launched the on-the-spot consultation service, we were able to deliver more than 180,000 virtual consultations across seven different specialties. This has helped us reach new care heights by providing quick and specialized access to our Guests across the Kingdom.”
The Obhur clinic will be the first integrated primary care clinic within the network of ‘Nahdi Care clinics’ in Jeddah, providing guests with healthcare services through various specialty departments, including cardiology, pediatrics, gynecology, dermatology, dentistry, ENT, family medicine, orthopedics, neurology, physiotherapy and other departments. The clinic is also home to an emergency department, which offers urgent medical care around the clock and is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment including Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners to streamline diagnosis and treatment processes.
In addition to housing more than 20 medical specialties, the Obhur clinic also utilizes the latest technologies in an aim to enhance the overall Guest experience. From online self-registration services to online prescriptions and health records, Guests have access to a seamless healthcare experience, in line with best international standards.
