Dubai, UAE: Jumeirah Group, luxury hospitality company and member of Dubai Holding, has celebrated the first nineteen graduates from its “Kafaát” training programme, dedicated to developing the next generation of Emirati talent for careers in the hospitality industry.

Launched in collaboration with Dubai College of Tourism (DCT), NAFIS and the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation, the tailor-made five-week training programme was developed to hone and nurture Emirati talent aspiring for a future in the country’s hospitality market. The exclusive training course aims to promote and accelerate UAE National development initiatives within Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts by providing locals with the necessary means and tools to further enhance their knowledge whilst paving the path for a progressive future with the hospitality company.

Commenting on the success of the programme, Muneera Al Taher, Vice President Human Resources Operations and Emiratisation at Jumeirah Group, said: “As a homegrown luxury hospitality group, we are committed to fostering Emirati talent and are proud to offer our full support in enticing more Emiratis to consider this dynamic field for their career development, in line with the UAE Tourism Strategy 2031.”

The successful graduates will now continue their journey within the Jumeirah Hospitality Programme.
