Manama: Dividend Gate Capital Group (“Dividend Gate Capital” or “the Group”) and its partners revealed its third real estate project, “Takara” in Spain, a development of luxury villas in the heart of the Estepona, Spain. The group contracted with “FM Consulting,” a property consultancy providing services to developers and investors, and marketing real estate developments in Marbella and Costa del Sol, with a particular focus on creating high quality residential projects. By investing in a wide range of regions and projects, Dividend Gate Capital aims to achieve its long-term vision of becoming globally ranked as a leading group.
It is noteworthy that Dividend Gate Capital previously formed a strategic partnership with an international firm specialised in contracting and construction operations to develop a project in Spain. The ‘Takara’ project comes as a continuation of the group's strategy to diversify its investment portfolio. This project is unique, as it consists of 10 luxury villas with a construction area of more than 400sqm for each villa in the heart of the Estepona Golf Course. The total area of the project exceeds 7,500 sqm, where the greenery of golf courses blend with nature.
On this occasion, Khaled Al-Hammadi, CEO of Dividend Gate Capital, stated, “Our investments are in line with our strategy of growing DGC’s presence globally.
