Johannesburg: - Baker McKenzie, together with Webber Wentzel, advised Remgro-owned RCL Foods Limited on the sale of its frozen logistics business, Vector Logistics Proprietary Limited, to a South African subsidiary of A.P. Møller Capital (APMC), a Denmark-registered fund management company. The transaction is valued at ZAR 1.25 billion and will allow Vector Logistics to expand in order meet growing demand for its services across Africa.
