• Mofeed: Looking forward to deliver units ahead of deadline

Capriole Group announced that it had finished 40% of “LINX Complex” project’s construction work in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

The real estate company plans to deliver the project’s units to its clients before the scheduled date by the end of 2023, in time with the President Abdel-Fattah Al Sisi announcement of inaugurating the (NAC) within the next six months.

The company aims also to offer through the project significant commercial and administrative services to the frequent visitors to the (NAC).

Mohamed Mofeed, Chairperson of Capriole Group said that the company was the first to implement the presidential directives concerning constructing 30% of the projects before making marketing campaigns to them, and is looking forward to be one of the first companies who deliver service buildings in the NAC.

Mofeed added that the company is racing the time to finish the rest of the construction work of the project, as it made high achievements in a record time, surpassing implementation rates of other companies executing projects in the new capital.

He asserted that the project’s execution rates are higher than that new phases announced for selling, as the company is keen on completing the biggest part of the construction work of each phase before advertising for it.

He also noted that Capriole Group is working two shifts per day to achieve the implementation target rates.

On the other hand, He elaborated that the real estate company started to advertise for the second phase of “LINX Complex”, saying that clients could pay 10% of the unit’s price and installments till 10 years, referring to offering discounts starting from 5%.

Meanwhile, Mofeed said that the company will reset its units pricing by the beginning of the next year, as units prices rise is expecting as a result of the rise of construction materials prices and building workers fares.

“LINX Complex” project is stretching over 7635 square meters in the commercial district MU23, where it is located between R2 and R3 districts which are close to the embassies neighborhood and the Central Business District.

The project is a commercial, administrative and medical complex. It comprises 12 stories including two basements. 51 commercial units are placed in the ground and first floors, while 280 medical and administrative units are placed between the second and the ninth floors. The building area is 22,500 square meters, while basement and garage areas are 15,200 meters. The administrative unit areas are starting from 48 to 2300 square meters, while the commercial unit areas starts from 27 square meters and the medical clinics areas begin from 54 square meters. All the units will be delivered fully finished with ACs installed.
