Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) recently announced the launch of its new and enhanced ‘BisB Digital’ for customers. ‘BisB Digital’ is an umbrella term for a group of digital services offered by BisB, including Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Video Banking.
Using high levels of technology, ‘BisB Digital’ assists customers with all their banking transactions safely and securely, anywhere, anytime.
Mr. Hassan Amin Jarrar, Chief Executive Officer of BisB said, “This is a step towards the future of banking and we encourage all of our valued customers to register for the BisB Online Services at www.eBisB.com and download the BisB Mobile App through Google Play or App Store. Fingerprint and face recognition technology are two parts of the security features of this new service.”
Ms. Dalal Ahmed Abdullah Al-Qais, Head of Retail Banking stated, “Our ‘BisB Digital’ works in line with the bank’s digitization strategy to further improve and broaden our range of secure banking services and features. The newly upgraded platforms now provide customers with total convenience at their fingertips as they offer innovative features such as setting up financial goals, withdrawal of cash without any card from BisB ATMs, local and international transfers, settling utility or credit cards bills, and much more.”
