Dubai, UAE: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has announced the signing of Al Qudrah Lightings LLC, one of the most technically advanced and renowned lighting companies in the UAE and beyond.
Al Qudrah Lightings offers a large selection of lighting fixtures and will be handling the supply of internal lightings across 35 buildings for phases 1 and 2 of Riviera, Azizi’s French Mediterranean-inspired residential and commercial community in one of the most sought-after destinations in Dubai – MBR City.
Mr Farhad Azizi, Chief Executive Officer at Azizi Developments, said: “Al Qudrah’s extensive selection of technologically advanced, outstandingly designed lighting solutions and highly qualified professionals will beautify Riviera and increase our investors’ ROIs substantially. We take great pride in our attention to detail, a pursuit and commitment that Al Qudrah Lightings makes an ideal partner for.”
Established in 2011, Al Qudrah has earned its excellent reputation. It provides one of the largest selections of lighting fixtures, including fluorescent lighting, dow lights, ceiling lights, garden lights, LED light fittings, crystal chandeliers, various classic and modern indoor and outdoor light fittings, street lights, high bay, flood lights, and emergency lights. Its team of qualified and experienced professionals is specialised in numerous disciplines and offers consultants, interior designers, and client organisations complete, tailor-made packages for their projects.
Riviera, a stylish waterfront-lifestyle destination located in the heart of MBR City, is planned to comprise 71 mid-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences upon its completion that are conveniently located in the midst of all the business, leisure and retail hubs of the city.
Designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai, which is not merely about architectural art but also about a certain ‘joie de vivre’ — a celebration of life, an exultation of spirit, Riviera represents a new landmark destination that is both residential and commercial, with an abundance of retail space. Riviera features three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins — a vast, lush-green social space.
In June this year, Azizi Developments announced the addition of a 2.7-kilometre-long crystal lagoon to Riviera, covering an area of over 130,026 square metres that will stretch across the
entirety of the community. With stunning blue flooring, filled with more than 51.5 million gallons of crystal-clear, desalinated, and clean water that residents can swim in, and easily accessible via its lagoon walk — which will also feature a vast variety of artisan eateries and boutiques — Azizi’s lagoon will be a bustling space where residents can enjoy strolls along the beach-like shores, sunbathe and cool off.
With its strategic location near the upcoming Meydan One Mall and the Meydan Racecourse — home of the Dubai World Cup — as well as Dubai’s most noteworthy points of interest, Riviera represents one of Azizi Developments’ most coveted projects.
