Sharjah-based developer Alef Group has appointed Al Hamad Building Contracting Company, a subsidiary of Al Hamad Group of Companies, as the main contractor for its flagship Al Mamsha project, Sharjah’s first fully walkable community.
Al Mamsha project reinforces Alef Group’s strategy to undertake sustainable developmental projects in the emirate. The AED 3 billion project is a landmark mixed-use development in Sharjah that brings together modern living, retail and leisure in an upscale environment connected with sidewalks and walkways.

Commenting on the contract award, Issa Ataya, Alef Group, Managing Director, has emphasized on the importance of appointing Al Hamad Building Contracting Company as the main contractor for Al Mamsha, highlighting that the company is ranked as a ‘First Category’ contractor according to the classification of “Construction Contractors Association” holding a prestigious international status and high ranking in the fields of construction, infrastructure, and high-tech engineering,
Blending a strikingly modern and minimalistic design with an extensive range of residential properties and active retail and leisure districts, Al Mamsha boasts a strategic location at the nexus of Sharjah’s main highways ensuring easy access to major metropolitan areas as well as to Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
