Dubai: Aladdin.Lifehas announced the launch of the world's first (beta version) communication services platform that combines search features, an online market place and a social networking platform for communication service customers in the UAE.

This digital platform aims to help customers find out all available offers, compare prices and make informed decisions about mobile packages, data service packages and fixed communication services in the UAE. This digital platform also allows customers to access a number of distribution outlets, assess their experiences and share them. Authorized vendors, including retailers, will be able to access the online community platform to share all their offerings and services with customers.

According to research by Aladdin Life,only 20% of UAE customers believe they are sharing a package suitable for mobile phones, while 70% believe they can save a moderate to significant amount by moving to another package that suits their needs more.  These results are in line with global trends in this field, customers around the world find it difficult to know the right package and cannot keep up with the latest developments as prices and promotions change.
