Abu Dhabi, UAE -- March 7th, 2010: Al Waraqoon, a research and publishing house based in the Kingdom of Bahrain has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with United Printing and Publishing (UPP), a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Media Company (ADMC), to publish books focused on the Arabic culture, tradition and heritage.
Al Waraqoon has to its credit, several books that are intensively researched, photographed and creatively presented to the readers, who treasure the Arabic traditions and way of life.
Maysa Al Ansari Managing Partner of Al Waraqoon present at the signing ceremony opined that this strategic alliance between the two Organizations is expected to create a synergy that was hitherto seen in the book publishing industry in the Arabic world.
"Our partnership with UPP stems from the desire to bring to the contemporary world, coffee Table books that besides being a treat to the eyes, explores the much preserved traditions and customs practiced in the regions popularly known as the Middle East and the MENA region.
