The Commercial Real Estate Development Company (Al-Tijaria) signed on as the Diamond Sponsor for The Bahrain International Property Exhibition 2016 which will be held from November 3rd-5th under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khaled Bin Abdullah Al Khalifa , Deputy Prime Minister.
BIPEX is an annual event that brings together major Bahraini real estate investors, development companies, financial institutions, legal institutions and consumers to showcase projects, reach and discuss and make decisions in an open environment. It’s organized by Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE), and continues to grow as a direct result of increased investment projects among public and private sectors of the economy, the organizers say.
During the 3-day event, Al-Tijaria will be exhibiting Al-Tijaria Tower, the highest residential tower in Bahrain. The official launch of this state-of-the-art property will take place prior to the exhibition and will be showcased along with their other upcoming major projects in the Kingdom. Located in the heart of Manama, Al-Tijaria Tower features 280 units and has numerous luxury facilities for residents, including a swimming pool for adults with Jacuzzi, a swimming pool for kids with a playing ground as well as an infinity pool with Jacuzzi.
The tower has been designed to combine both comfort and work, thus it accommodates a business center, multi-purpose room and an outdoor theater. Al Tijaria is 100 per cent owned by the Kuwait-based the Commercial Real Estate Company, K.P.S.C, also known as (Al-Tijaria) which was founded on February 4th of 1968 and been in business for over 44 years now. Al-Tijaria is considered one of the largest real estate companies in Kuwait with regards to paid up capital. It is a multi-faceted organization with their main work directed towards commercial property investment in the state of Kuwait and the Gulf regions.

In last year’s BIPEX event, the exhibition highlighted real estate assets worth $60 billion, a significant rise from $52 billion in its previous edition. The 2015 show attracted more than 7,000 unique visitors of whom 24% traveled from outside of Bahrain.
