Cairo, Egypt – Cairo Festival City (CFC), an affiliate of Egypt’s leading real estate developer Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, has announced the latest updates on the progress and completion of construction of its newest projects Oriana IV villas, Aura Apartments, The Podium II offices and CFC Club.
CFC has also unmasked its latest offers on Aura Apartments that include an 8-year payment plan, in addition to limited special offers on CFC Club memberships.
“Oriana IV, Aura Apartments, The Podium II offices and CFC Club are diverse projects satisfying the needs of a wide range of our clients, where CFC Club enjoys a prime location within the Cairo Festival City complex, offering a unique and exquisite social and sporting experience,” stated Eng. Ashraf Ezz El-Din, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Real Estate Group.
CFC Club is a social sporting club that spans over an area of 62,150 m2. The launch of the first phase of the project is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022, followed by the second phase for members shortly after, within the last quarter of 2022. The first phase will include all the sporting complexes, as well as the swimming pools and a luxurious green area.
CFC has signed contracts with leading international consultants to execute the club’s architectural designs and a variety of the newest and selectively tailored sporting facilities to offer members a comprehensive sporting experience.
In addition, the club will host fields for various sports such as Tennis, Handball, Basketball and Football. Furthermore, CFC is attentive to customers’ needs by providing many facilities such as meeting rooms, spas, gyms, swimming pools, a separate indoor heated pool, and numerous prime restaurants.
Additionally, one of CFC’s projects; Oriana IV Villas, spans an area of 68,253 m² accommodating 116 villas. The project’s progress is within 90% of completion and is scheduled for opening in 2021.
It’s worth noting that Oriana Villas in its entirety includes 617 villas, 495 of which are finished, and 453 of those have been delivered.
As for Aura Apartments, CFC’s newest gated residential compound, it covers an area of 56,359 m2 and includes 404 apartments with areas varying from 130 to 240 m2.
Following the complete sell out of the Podium I, CFC proudly announces the launch of the second phase, The Podium II.
The first phase of The Podium II administrative units is comprised of 5 buildings and contains 224 units, all characterized by architecture engineered and designed with fine, contemporary lines, creating a vibrant and positive working atmosphere. Its units starting from 95 m² are available core and shell or fully finished and are scheduled for completion by the 2nd quarter of 2023.
CFC is considered the first of its kind, offering an all-inclusive real estate experience that combines residential and administrative units as well as entertainment venues; with Egypt’s largest mall; CFC, in the center of a vibrant community, administrative units, an international school and the all new CFC Club.
