Final preparations are already underway for Abu Dhabi University Knowledge Group's (ADUKG) 7th Annual Emiratisation Forum, held in strategic partnership with Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council. This flagship event, set to be held on 16 - 17 November at Abu Dhabi's Al Raha Beach Hotel, is the UAE's leading Forum focused on the recruitment and retention of Emirati talent.
The programme will feature a host of expert speakers from the government and private sector, and will focus on a broad range of in-depth Emiratisation topics through an innovative programme that encourages interaction and debate. Professionals from across the UAE will hear presentations covering aspects such as the successful use of coaching and technology in Emiratisation programmes, as well as gaining critical updates on the latest government policy guidance.
A range of case studies and panel discussions will also profile some of the experiences and success stories of individual economic sectors, in addition to discussing important issues such as compensation, how to overcome misconceptions, and the impact of Emiratisation targets.
The Forum is kindly sponsored by Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council, Etihad Airways, Al Fahim, and Injazat. Esteemed speakers at the event are representing organisations including Zayed Foundation, Etisalat, ADIB and ADNATCO NGSCO.
