The awards recognise the most successful corporate bond deals over the last year. The USD 325 million issuance was recognised for its size, tenor, quality of structure, and distribution, with the proceeds being used for debt refinancing activities to relieve cash from acquisition related debt and optimising the company’s capital structure.
