Abu Dhabi: - The Abu Dhabi Human Resources Authority (HRA) has launched TAMM’s ‘Find a Job’ journey - a next-generation digital recruitment and talent development platform that aims to facilitate the job market in the emirate and increase competitiveness in all sectors - in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Smart Solutions and Services Authority (ADSSSA). The launch ceremony was attended by H.E. Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili, member of the Executive Council and the Chairman of the Department of Community Development, as well as a number of representatives and strategic partners from the Abu Dhabi government.
The new platform seeks to increase the participation of national competencies within the government and private sector, by attracting and matching the right talent with jobs that meet their qualifications and professional experience. It also aims to support and boost the competitiveness of the job market in the emirate by encouraging startups and supporting research and development institutes in their efforts to attract leading experts to Abu Dhabi, while also providing training and capability development.
The new journey presents a range of benefits to government entities, the private sector and jobseekers alike by helping them save time and efforts and meeting their varying needs. It provides jobseekers with quick access to vacancies and career advancement that suits their particular experience and qualifications, and supports them up the point of securing an employment contract.
H.E. Dr. Rauda Al Saadi, Director General of ADSSSA, said: "This latest journey under TAMM represents our continuous commitment to implement the Abu Dhabi Government's directives towards providing innovative government services through a unified digital platform in line with the Abu Dhabi Government Accelerators Programme 'Ghadan 21'."
H.E. Dr. Al Saadi added that ADSSSA remains committed to employing the latest innovative technologies within all government services and contributing to Abu Dhabi’s sustainable knowledge-based economy. She further noted that the ‘Find a Job’ journey aims to enhance the job market and match qualified nationals to the right opportunities promoted through TAMM.
"ADSSSA collaborates with key partners in the public and private sectors to take access to job opportunities to a new level through digital transformation. The launch of innovative digital services using the ‘end-to-end journey’ model provides advanced government services within essential sectors such as housing, education, health, entertainment, family and business in Abu Dhabi," she noted.
During the launch, Amer Hussain Al Hammadi, Acting Director General of the Human Resources Authority, said: “The Abu Dhabi Human Resources Authority is working with its partners to raise its level of services through digital transformation and move towards integration and automation. Through TAMM, ADSSSA provides the largest and most advanced services platform of the Abu Dhabi Government."
He explained that ADSSSA will oversee, implement, connect and integrate all government entities and private companies to better serve job seekers for a range of value-added government services under TAMM. He added that this will ensure that Abu Dhabi delivers the highest results while providing the best services for customers and job seekers in the emirate.
Mr Al Hammadi further emphasized the Human Resources Authority’s continuous efforts towards providing the right job opportunities as part of the Abu Dhabi government's commitment to address its citizens’ needs and promote sustainable development within all sectors in the country.
The Human Resources Authority has been working with ADSSSA to support and improve the rate of participation of national competencies in the emirate and job seekers in the market through TAMM, which is accessible to both employers and job seekers. It provides a wide range of services for job seekers throughout their job searching journey, all the way until they land the right one. TAMM will also provide support to employers by speeding up the recruitment process and connecting them with competent authorities to complete the relevant requirements.
On the sidelines of the ceremony, ADSSSA honored a number of strategic partners and stakeholders including the Ministry of Interior, Abu Dhabi Health Services Company- SEHA, and Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund.
The Abu Dhabi Government Services 'TAMM' is the first of its kind in the region aimed at delivering a major shift in the provision of government services in Abu Dhabi by leveraging the emirate's digital infrastructure. It seeks to ensure that government services exceed the expectations of customers through digital transformation strategies and strengthen the emirate's leadership in building a sustainable knowledge-based economy.

The Abu Dhabi Government Services program ‘TAMM’ with its new vision started in 2018 as an initiative under Abu Dhabi's Digital Transformation Strategy. It aims to enable the goals of the Abu Dhabi Government Accelerators Programme ‘Ghadan 21’ launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
